HitGoals ("HitGoals," "we," "us," or "our") operates the HitGoals application and related services from the United Arab Emirates.

This Privacy Policy explains what information HitGoals collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create a HitGoals account, we collect information such as:

• your email address;
• your name or preferred name;
• your account identifier; and
• information needed to authenticate and manage your account.

Our service providers may also process limited technical and security information associated with authentication and use of the Service.

Information You Add to HitGoals

Depending on how you use HitGoals, you may provide information including:

• goals and milestones;
• tasks and activities;
• habits and streaks;
• schedules and commitments;
• deadlines and priorities;
• reminders;
• completion and progress information;
• wake and sleep times;
• preferred working, focus, and break times;
• planning preferences;
• onboarding answers;
• messages and conversations with Arrow; and
• other information you choose to provide.

HitGoals may also remember information you share that is useful for personalizing future plans and responses.

Because some areas of HitGoals allow free-form text, you may choose to provide personal or sensitive information. Please avoid sharing information that is not necessary for using HitGoals.

Device and Technical Information

HitGoals may process limited technical information needed to operate, synchronize, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, including an app-generated device identifier, synchronization information, and technical or security logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and manage your account;
• authenticate you;
• save and restore your HitGoals information;
• synchronize information between your device and our cloud systems;
• create and adapt your plans and schedules;
• provide and personalize Arrow;
• manage goals, habits, reminders, and progress;
• generate AI-powered plans and responses;
• provide customer support;
• secure and maintain HitGoals;
• prevent abuse or unauthorized use;
• comply with applicable legal obligations; and
• enforce our Terms of Service.

3. AI-Powered Features

HitGoals uses artificial intelligence for features including Arrow, onboarding assistance, planning, scheduling, and personalized responses.

We use OpenAI as an AI service provider.

When you use AI-powered features, information relevant to the feature may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Depending on what you are doing, this may include information such as:

• your messages;
• onboarding answers;
• goals and milestones;
• habits;
• schedules and commitments;
• recent progress;
• preferences;
• profile information; and
• recent conversation context.

We use this information to provide the AI-powered functionality you request.

Where required, HitGoals asks for permission before sharing personal information with a third-party AI provider.

If you withdraw permission for AI processing, AI-powered features that require this processing may no longer be available.

4. Cloud Storage and Supabase

HitGoals uses Supabase for services including authentication, database infrastructure, cloud backup, synchronization, and backend functionality.

Information associated with your account may therefore be stored or processed using Supabase.

This may include account information as well as information such as your goals, habits, schedules, onboarding responses, conversations, reminders, progress, and personalization information.

Some HitGoals information is also stored locally on your device.

5. Authentication Emails and Resend

HitGoals uses Resend to help deliver transactional emails such as sign-in and verification codes.

Your email address and information required to deliver these messages may be processed by Resend.

HitGoals does not currently send marketing or promotional emails.

6. Notifications

HitGoals may ask for permission to send notifications relating to your plans, reminders, goals, habits, or upcoming activities.

HitGoals uses Expo’s push notification service to deliver notifications. Expo may process your device’s push token and notification content for this purpose.

Depending on your device settings, notification content may appear on your lock screen.

You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

7. Support

If you contact HitGoals for support, we may process the information you provide, including your email address, username, message, and any information necessary to help with your request.

You may also contact HitGoals through social platforms such as TikTok or Meta services. Information sent through those platforms is also handled according to the privacy practices of the platform you use.

8. Service Providers

HitGoals currently relies on service providers including:

• Supabase for authentication, databases, cloud backup, synchronization, and backend infrastructure;
• OpenAI for AI-powered functionality;
• Resend for transactional and authentication email delivery;
• Expo for push notification delivery;
• Apple for distribution of the iOS application and in-app subscriptions when offered; and
• Google for distribution of the Android application and in-app subscriptions when offered.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to HitGoals.

9. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information:

• with service providers required to operate HitGoals;
• when you request or authorize the sharing;
• when required by applicable law or valid legal process;
• where reasonably necessary to protect HitGoals, our users, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats; or
• as part of a legitimate sale, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of HitGoals, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

HitGoals does not currently use advertising SDKs or personal information for third-party targeted advertising.

10. Website

If you request account deletion through our website at hitgoals.xyz, we process your email address and verification code to verify ownership and complete the request.

If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

11. Subscriptions and Payments

We use RevenueCat to verify and manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes your app account identifier and purchase information, including subscription status, product and transaction identifiers, and renewal information.

HitGoals may offer optional paid subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Apple or Google processes the payment transaction according to its own terms and privacy practices.

HitGoals does not receive your full payment-card information from these purchases.

We may receive information necessary to provide and manage your subscription, such as your subscription status, product purchased, transaction identifiers, and renewal status.

12. International Processing

HitGoals is operated from the United Arab Emirates.

Some of our service providers operate internationally. As a result, your information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence.

We use service providers and safeguards appropriate for operating HitGoals and handling personal information.

13. Data Retention

We generally retain information associated with your HitGoals account while your account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

When you delete your account, HitGoals will delete the personal information associated with your account from its active systems.

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, resolving disputes, or complying with legal obligations.

14. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your HitGoals account through the account-deletion options provided by HitGoals.

We may require you to verify your account before completing deletion in order to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

Deleting your account permanently removes your HitGoals account and associated HitGoals data, subject to the limited retention described above.

Deleting the HitGoals app from your device does not by itself delete your account.

15. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the ability to:

• request access to information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your information;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• object to or restrict certain processing; or
• request information about how your personal information is handled.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

16. Security

HitGoals uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures include authentication, access controls, protected database systems, and encrypted network connections.

No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

17. Children

HitGoals is intended for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create HitGoals accounts.

If we learn that information belonging to a child under 13 has been collected in circumstances where we are not permitted to process it, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Where applicable law requires parental or guardian permission for a user above age 13, the user must have that permission before using HitGoals.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when HitGoals, our technology, or our privacy practices change.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through HitGoals, our website, email, or another appropriate method.

The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when the current version became effective.
