These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HitGoals.

HitGoals ("HitGoals," "we," "us," or "our") is operated from the United Arab Emirates.

By creating an account or using HitGoals, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use HitGoals.

1. HitGoals

HitGoals is a productivity and personal-planning service designed to help users organize and work toward goals, habits, schedules, tasks, commitments, and other activities.

Features may include:

• personalized plans and schedules;
• goals and milestones;
• habit tracking;
• reminders;
• progress tracking;
• adaptive planning;
• AI-powered assistance through Arrow; and
• other productivity features.

HitGoals may add, change, or remove features as the Service develops.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use HitGoals.

If the law where you live requires parental or guardian permission for you to use HitGoals, you must have that permission before creating an account or using the Service.

3. Your Account

Certain HitGoals features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep access to your account secure.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account and devices used to access HitGoals.

You may not:

• impersonate another person;
• use information you are not authorized to use;
• access another person's account without permission; or
• sell or transfer your account without permission.

4. AI-Powered Features

HitGoals uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as Arrow, personalized plans, scheduling assistance, and other recommendations.

AI-generated information may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

HitGoals does not guarantee that:

• a generated plan will be perfect;
• recommendations will always be correct;
• every scheduling conflict will be detected;
• every plan will be achievable; or
• using HitGoals will cause you to achieve a particular result.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through HitGoals.

5. No Professional Advice

HitGoals is a productivity and organizational service.

HitGoals and Arrow are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

You should use an appropriate qualified professional where professional advice is required.

6. Information You Provide

You may provide HitGoals with content including goals, tasks, schedules, habits, messages, onboarding answers, preferences, and other information ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You give HitGoals permission to store, process, transmit, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to:

• operate HitGoals;
• save, synchronize, and restore your information;
• provide features you request;
• personalize your experience;
• provide AI-powered functionality;
• maintain and secure the Service; and
• comply with applicable law.

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use HitGoals to:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe another person's rights;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks;
• distribute malware or harmful software;
• interfere with HitGoals or its security;
• bypass access controls or usage restrictions;
• misuse or exploit the Service; or
• use HitGoals to facilitate fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

We may take reasonable action to protect HitGoals and its users from misuse.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how HitGoals collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information.

Certain features may require additional permission before they can process or share particular information.

9. Subscriptions

HitGoals may offer a free version of the Service and optional paid subscriptions.

Paid subscriptions will be offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Before purchasing a subscription, you will be shown the applicable price, billing period, features, renewal information, and any trial terms.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account.

Canceling stops future automatic renewals. Premium access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period, unless a refund, revocation, or applicable law changes that period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; refunds follow the relevant store's policies and applicable law.

Deleting HitGoals or deleting your HitGoals account may not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Where applicable, you should cancel the subscription through the relevant store.

10. Payments and Refunds

Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable store and are also subject to that store's terms.

Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple or Google are generally handled through the applicable store.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property

HitGoals and its software, branding, designs, interface, graphics, text, logos, features, and the Arrow character and associated assets are owned by or licensed to HitGoals and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use HitGoals for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, sell, distribute, license, or create unauthorized derivative works from HitGoals except where permitted by law or by HitGoals.

12. Feedback

If you voluntarily send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about HitGoals, you allow us to use them to improve or develop the Service without an obligation to compensate you.

13. Service Availability

HitGoals is under active development.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable, contain errors, require maintenance, or experience interruptions caused by systems or providers outside our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

14. Data and Backups

HitGoals may store information locally on your device and through cloud infrastructure.

Although HitGoals uses systems designed to save and synchronize information, we cannot guarantee that data loss will never occur.

Information about storage, retention, and deletion is provided in our Privacy Policy.

15. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your HitGoals account using the account-deletion options provided by HitGoals.

We may require account verification before completing a deletion request.

Deleting your account permanently removes your HitGoals account and associated HitGoals data, subject to limited retention permitted or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-related purposes.

Deleting the HitGoals application from your device alone does not delete your account.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using HitGoals at any time.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary if:

• you materially violate these Terms;
• your use creates a security or legal risk;
• you misuse the Service;
• we are required to do so by law; or
• your activity may cause harm to HitGoals, another user, or a third party.

17. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HitGoals is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• HitGoals will always be available;
• every feature will operate without errors;
• every AI response will be accurate;
• every generated plan will be appropriate;
• every reminder or notification will arrive at the expected time; or
• using HitGoals will produce any particular result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HitGoals will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the Service where such liability may lawfully be limited.

HitGoals is not responsible for losses caused solely by:

• decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations;
• missed tasks, appointments, deadlines, or reminders;
• service interruptions outside our reasonable control;
• unauthorized access caused by failure to secure your account or device; or
• third-party services outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

19. Third-Party Services

HitGoals relies on third-party services for functionality including AI, authentication, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, app distribution, and payments.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We cannot guarantee that third-party services will always remain available or operate without interruption.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as HitGoals develops.

If we make a material change, we may provide notice through HitGoals, our website, email, or another appropriate method.

Where required by law, we will request your agreement to updated Terms.

The effective date at the top shows when the current version became effective.
